If you're not satisfied with your products, you can return them to us for a full refund. We accept returns for any new, unopened items purchased, no questions asked. Just contact us within 90 days of delivery to process your return and once we receive and inspect the product, we'll issue you a full refund. 

Here's how it works:

STEP 1: If you want to return an item, contact us for a return authorization number. We'll provide you with an RMA# to include with your return. You can also call 888-828-2205 or email us at info@windowcleaninggear.com

STEP 2: Ship the product back to us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Our return address will be provided in the RMA email. You're responsible for shipping costs unless the reason for return is an error on our part. Returned items should be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please include your contact info and RMA# inside the package for a prompt refund processing.

We guarantee the products you purchase will be in top-notch condition. If a product fails within the first 90 days of purchase, we'll promptly issue a replacement. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at 888-828-2205 or email us at info@windowcleaninggear.com providing pictures and a detailed description. Note that the warranty is non-transferable and cannot be honored if damage results from misuse of equipment.
